Steps to Delete Your Tile Account

To permanently delete your Tile account, follow these instructions using the Tile mobile app:

  1. Access Settings: On the home screen of your Tile app, tap the Settings icon located at the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Manage Account: Under the "Account" section, tap on Manage Account.

  3. Delete Account: Select the option labeled Delete Account.

  4. Password Verification: Enter your Tile account password and then tap Next.

  5. Review Deletion Information: Carefully read the information presented about the consequences of deleting your account.

  6. Confirm Deletion: If you agree to the terms of deletion, tap I agree.

Important Notes Before Deleting Your Tile Account

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All of your Tile data, including your registered Tiles and location history, will be permanently deleted.
