How Do I Change the Size of Only One Page in InDesign?

Published in Adobe InDesign 1 min read

To change the size of only one page in InDesign, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Page(s): In the Pages panel (Window > Pages), select the thumbnail of the page (or pages) you want to resize. You can select multiple non-adjacent pages by holding down the Ctrl/Cmd key while clicking.

  2. Edit Page Size: At the bottom of the Pages panel, click the Edit Page Size button. This button looks like a page icon with its corner folded.

  3. Choose Custom Size: In the pop-up menu that appears, select Custom...

  4. Enter New Dimensions: In the Custom Page Size dialog box, enter the desired Width and Height for your page.

  5. Confirm Changes: Click OK to apply the new page size to the selected page(s).

By following these steps, you can adjust the dimensions of individual pages within your InDesign document without affecting the size of the other pages. This is useful when you need to incorporate different-sized elements, such as a fold-out page or a different format.
