How do I reorder files in Adobe?

Published in Adobe PDF Editing 1 min read

You can reorder pages in an Adobe PDF document using the "Organize Pages" tool. Here's how:

  1. Open the "Organize Pages" Tool: Access the "Organize Pages" tool either from the top menu or the right pane by selecting "Tools" and then "Organize Pages."
  2. Select Pages: Select the page thumbnails you want to reorder. You can select multiple pages by holding the Shift key while clicking. Page numbers are located underneath the thumbnails.
  3. Drag and Drop: Simply drag and drop the selected page thumbnails to your desired position within the document. This will reorder the pages according to your arrangement.
  4. Save: Save the PDF file to preserve the changes you've made to the page order.
