You can open the View Configuration panel in Altium using several methods:

Method 1: Via the Menu
- Click View » Panels » View Configuration. This is the most direct method.

Method 2: Via Workspace Buttons
- Click the button usually found at the bottom-right of the workspace, then select the View Configuration option from the menu.

Method 3: Via Layer Sets Color Swatch
- Click the color swatch on the Layer Sets control, located at the bottom left of the workspace. This will often open the View Configuration panel (or the main Layers panel which contains the View Configuration controls).

Method 4: Via Shortcut Key
- Press the L shortcut key. This opens the Layers panel, which includes the View Configuration tab. You might need to then select the View Configuration tab if it's not the default.
