Sleeping may be related to anemia, but evidence doesn't prove it directly helps cure the condition.

While there's an association between anemia and sleep, a causal relationship hasn't been established. In other words, while people with anemia often have trouble sleeping, and vice-versa, one doesn't necessarily cause the other, based on current research.
