You can adjust your Move ring goal on your Apple Watch using the Activity app. Here's how:

Open the Activity App: On your Apple Watch, navigate to and open the Activity app (the app icon looks like three rings: red, green, and blue).

Scroll and Turn the Digital Crown: Scroll to the bottom of the Activity app screen. You will see your current Move goal and options below it. Now, turn the Digital Crown to a ring and then tap to adjust the goal.

Choose Adjustment Type: You'll see one of the following options:
- Change for Today: Allows you to set a temporary, one-day goal for your Move ring. This is useful if you know you'll be more or less active than usual on a particular day.
- Adjust the regular goal You'll be given the option to adjust your daily goals more generally.

Adjust the Goal: Tap the plus (+) or minus (-) symbols to increase or decrease your calorie goal. Watch the ring change as you adjust.

Set the New Goal: Once you've chosen your desired goal, tap "Set."

Confirm: When you're finished, tap "OK".
By adjusting your Move ring, you can tailor your fitness goals to better suit your current activity level and fitness needs.
