To remove sand from your iWatch, follow these steps:
- Turn off your iWatch and remove it from the charger.
- Remove any leather bands from your iWatch.
- Hold your iWatch under lightly running, warm, fresh water until the sand is gone.
- Gently dry the surface of your watch with a lint-free cloth.
- Carefully dry the space between the crown and the case using a lint-free cloth.
If the sand is stuck in a specific area, like the Digital Crown, you can use a soft material like a wooden toothpick or a dental floss pick to gently remove it. Avoid using sharp or abrasive tools as they could scratch your iWatch.
Important Notes:
- Do not use any harsh chemicals or cleaning agents on your iWatch.
- Do not submerge your iWatch in water for extended periods as this could damage the device.
- If the sand is still stuck, consider taking your iWatch to an Apple Authorized Service Provider for cleaning.
