How Do I Turn My Apple Watch Screen Around?

Published in Apple Watch Settings 2 mins read

You can change the orientation of your Apple Watch screen through the settings to suit your preference for wearing it on your left or right wrist. This effectively "turns the screen around" by repositioning the digital crown and side button.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
  2. Tap on "General."
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Orientation."
  4. Choose your wrist preference: Select whether you wear your Apple Watch on your "Left Wrist" or "Right Wrist." This will change the screen orientation accordingly.
  5. Choose the Crown Position: Select whether you want the Digital Crown on the "Left Side" or "Right Side" of the screen. This setting determines which way the display is rotated. If you're wearing the watch on your left wrist and prefer the Digital Crown closer to your hand, select "Right Side." If you wear it on your right wrist and want the Crown closer to your hand, select "Left Side."

By adjusting these settings, you can comfortably use your Apple Watch, regardless of which wrist you wear it on. This ensures easy access to the Digital Crown and side button.
