Reading the World Clock on your Apple Watch is straightforward, allowing you to quickly check the time in different cities around the world. Here's how to do it using the World Clock app:
Accessing and Viewing Cities
To check the time in another city using the World Clock app on your Apple Watch Ultra (and other models), follow these simple steps:
- Open the App: Tap the World Clock app icon on your Apple Watch home screen. This will open a list of the cities you have added.
- Scroll Through Cities: Once the app is open, you will see a list of cities. You can scroll through this list to see the current time in each location.
- Turn the Digital Crown (the rotating dial on the side of your watch) to smoothly scroll up or down the list.
- Alternatively, you can swipe up or down on the watch screen with your finger to scroll.
Each city in the list will display its name and the current time.
Getting More City Information
If you need more details about a specific city in your World Clock list, such as local sunrise and sunset times:
- Tap the City: From the list of cities, simply tap on the name of the city you want to know more about.
- View Details: The screen will update to show additional information for that city, which can include the current time, date, and times for sunrise and sunset.
- Return to List: After viewing the details, you can go back to the main list of cities.
- Tap the "< World Clock" text or arrow that appears in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Alternatively, you can swipe right across the watch screen with your finger.
This process allows you to easily navigate between the list of all your saved cities and detailed information for any individual city within the World Clock app on your Apple Watch.
