To change the data source for a report section in ArcGIS Pro, follow these steps:

Access the Report Section Properties: In the Contents pane, right-click the report section you want to modify and select Properties. This will open the Properties window for that section.

Change the Data Source: In the Properties window, navigate to the Source tab. Next to the Data source field, click the Change data source button. This action allows you to select a new data source for the report section.

Configure Row Selection: For Rows, specify how data is retrieved from the new source by choosing either All rows to include all data or Filter by expression to apply a filter. If you choose Filter by expression, you'll need to define the expression that determines which rows are included.
