Position the SnotSucker: Place the tip of the NoseFrida's "snot straw" gently at the opening of your baby's nostril. Do not insert it too far into the nostril.

Suction the Mucus: Put the red mouthpiece in your mouth and gently suck to create suction. Start with gentle suction and increase as needed. The disposable filter prevents mucus from entering the tube.

Repeat on the Other Nostril: Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the other nostril.
