King Edward VI died at the age of 15.
Edward VI was the son of King Henry VIII and Jane Seymour. He was born on October 12, 1537, and ascended to the throne at the young age of nine following his father's death. His reign, though brief, was marked by significant religious reforms, primarily pushing the Church of England further in a Protestant direction. Edward's health was always fragile, and he succumbed to illness on July 6, 1553, at the age of 15. His short life and reign are notable aspects of Tudor history.
