  2. Adjust the Leveler: Set the wire to the desired height of your cake layers (e.g., 1 inch). Ensure the wire is taut and securely fastened.
  3. Position the Cake: Place your cooled square cake on a flat, stable surface.
  4. Cut the Cake: Using a gentle back-and-forth sawing motion, guide the cake leveler through the cake. Maintain consistent pressure and speed to ensure a level cut. Keep the base of the leveler flush against the surface.
  5. Remove the Top Layer: Carefully lift off the top layer of the cake.

Tips for Success:

  • Ensure the cake is fully cooled before leveling.
