How Do I Add Google Calendar to Outlook 365?

You can add your Google Calendar to Outlook 365 by subscribing to it using its secret iCal URL. Here's how:

  1. Get the Secret iCal URL from Google Calendar:

    • In your Google Calendar, find the calendar you want to share in the "My calendars" section on the left.
    • Hover over the calendar name. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) to the right of the calendar name.
    • Select "Settings and sharing".
    • Scroll down to the "Integrate calendar" section.
    • Find the "Secret address in iCal format" URL. Copy this URL (it ends with .ics). This is the link you'll need for Outlook.
  2. Subscribe to the Calendar in Outlook 365:

    • Open your Outlook 365 calendar (web or desktop app).
    • In the Outlook calendar, locate "Add calendar" in the left pane (web version) or in the ribbon (desktop version).
    • Choose "Subscribe from web".
    • Paste the iCal URL you copied from Google Calendar into the address bar.
    • Optionally, you can add a name for your calendar.
    • Click "Import" (or "OK" in some versions).

Now your Google Calendar events should appear in your Outlook 365 calendar. Note that changes made in Google Calendar will sync to Outlook, but you typically can't make changes in Outlook that will reflect in Google Calendar. It's generally a one-way sync from Google to Outlook.
