To edit access in Canva, follow these steps, which allow you to modify who can view, comment on, or edit your designs:

Steps to Change Access Settings

  1. Open Your Design: First, open the specific design you want to adjust access settings for within Canva.

  2. Locate the Share Icon: At the top of the editor, find and tap the Share icon.

  3. Access Share Link Settings: Next, tap on Share link. This opens the sharing settings.

  4. Adjust Sharing Options: You'll see a dropdown that initially shows Anyone with the link. Tap this dropdown to view other options.

  5. Choose a New Sharing Option: Select your desired sharing setting. This could be:

    • Specific people - to share with only designated users.
    • Anyone with the link - to allow anyone with the link to access the design.
    • Team members - to restrict access to your team.
  6. Change Permissions: Depending on your sharing option, you will then be able to select the access type, such as view, comment, or edit, giving you finer control over how others can interact with your designs.

    • View: Allows others to only see the design.
    • Comment: Allows others to see the design and add comments.
    • Edit: Allows others to see and modify the design.
  7. Update Link Access: Finally, If prompted, tap Update link access to save your new settings.

By following these steps, you can efficiently control who accesses your Canva designs and their level of interaction.
