To edit only the audio in CapCut, you need to separate it from the video first. You can do this easily within the CapCut timeline.
Here's how:
-
Separate the Audio:
- Right-click on the video clip in the timeline.
- Select the "Separate Audio" option from the menu.
-
Audio Editing: After separating the audio, the audio track will appear as a separate element in the timeline. Now you can:
- Select the audio track.
- Use CapCut's audio editing tools to adjust the volume, add effects, fade in/out, reduce noise, etc. without affecting the video portion. You can find options like volume control, speed adjustments, noise reduction and sound effects.
CapCut also provides a library of sound effects that can be added to enhance your videos.
