To play a CD on Windows 10, follow these steps:

1. Open File Explorer: Press the Windows key + E on your keyboard. This will open File Explorer.

2. Locate the CD/DVD drive: In File Explorer, find and click on your CD/DVD drive.

3. Right-click the Drive: Right-click on the CD/DVD drive icon.
