PTA (Purified Terephthalic Acid) is predominantly used in the production of polyester fiber.
This polyester fiber comes in two primary forms:
- Polyester Filament Yarn (PFY): Used in textiles, fabrics, and clothing.
- Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF): Used in fillings, non-woven fabrics, and other textile applications.
