You can remove a user from a Chrome OS device directly from the sign-in screen. Here's how:
- Go to the Chromebook sign-in screen: This is the screen you see when you first turn on your Chromebook or after locking it.
- Select the profile you want to remove.
- Next to the profile name, select the Down arrow (often a downward-facing chevron or triangle).
- Select Remove this user. A confirmation message might appear; confirm you want to proceed.
