To turn off symmetry in Clip Studio Paint, deselect the "Snap to Special Ruler" option. Here's how:
- Go to the View menu.
- Uncheck Snap to Special Ruler.
Alternatively, you can also toggle symmetry on or off directly from the Command Bar:
- Look for the Snap to Special Ruler icon on the Command Bar. It often resembles a ruler with a magnet.
- Click the icon to toggle the symmetry ruler on or off. If it's highlighted or selected, symmetry is on. Clicking it will turn it off.
Once "Snap to Special Ruler" is deselected either via the View menu or the Command Bar icon, symmetrical drawing will be disabled.
