- Tap the icon at the bottom of your screen or swipe right from anywhere in your Feed. This action opens the camera interface for creating a Story.
- Tap Story at the bottom of the screen. This confirms you are creating a Story post.
- Tap the capture button at the bottom of the screen to take a photo, or tap and hold it to record a video. You can also select media from your device's gallery if that option is available.
- When your photo or video is ready and any desired edits (like text, stickers, or filters) are applied, tap Close Friends at the bottom of the screen.
