Wesley Madhevere and Brandon Mavuta, Zimbabwean cricket players, have been banned for drug use.
According to a Reuters report on January 25, 2024, Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) banned national team players Wesley Madhevere and Brandon Mavuta from playing for four months after they were found guilty of recreational drug use. The report also indicates that a third player is facing a similar charge.
