How do I delete Deco?

To delete or remove a Deco device from your network, you can follow a simple process using the Deco app. This action will also reset the device to its factory settings.

Steps to Remove a Deco Device

Here are the steps to take within the Deco app to remove a Deco unit:

1. Open the Deco app.
2. Tap the globe icon. This icon typically represents the network map or status.
3. At the top-right side of the screen, tap the 3 dots. This action usually opens a menu for additional options related to the network or device management.
4. Tap Remove.
5. A warning message will appear advising that the Deco device being removed will revert to factory settings.
6. Tap Remove again to confirm the action.

Once confirmed, the Deco device is removed from your network configuration and automatically reverts back to its default factory settings, erasing any custom configurations it had received.
