How to Do Standing Lunges?

Standing lunges involve a split stance movement to strengthen your legs and glutes. They are similar to going up and down stairs, or getting up from a low chair.

Here's how to do them:

  • Starting Position: Begin in a split stance with one leg in front of your body and the other leg behind your body. Your hips and toes should be pointed forward.
