The recommended amount of exercise per day varies depending on the intensity of the activity.

According to the WHO guidelines, individuals should aim for either:

  • Moderate Activity: 150 to 300 minutes per week, or
  • Vigorous Activity: 75 to 150 minutes per week, or
  • A combination of both

This translates to:

  • Moderate Activity: Approximately 21 to 43 minutes per day.
  • Vigorous Activity: Approximately 11 to 21 minutes per day.
