  1. Form an "O": Open your mouth wide, making an "O" shape.
  2. Fold your Upper Lip: Bring your upper lip over your teeth.
  3. Smile: Initiate a smile while holding the lip position.
  4. Finger Placement: Gently place your fingers on the top part of your cheeks.
  5. Relaxation Phase: Relax your cheek muscles, returning your face to the original relaxed position, and simultaneously lower your fingers.
  6. Repeat: Repeat steps 4 and 5 for a total of 10 times.

This exercise allows you to become more aware of the tension in your cheeks and consciously release it. By repeating these steps, you can reduce muscle stiffness and promote relaxation in the cheek area.
