Return by Mail
Another convenient way to return your tag is by mailing it. When returning by mail, keep the following in mind:
- Recommended Shipping: The FasTrak Customer Service Center recommends using certified or registered mail. This option provides proof of mailing and helps ensure the tag is delivered securely.
- Simple Drop-Off: You also have the choice to simply drop the toll tags in the mail "as-is" without special handling.
- Postage: If you choose the "as-is" mail option, you do not need to attach any postage to the package.
