Clearing your Firefox browser cache is a simple process that can resolve various browsing issues. Here's how to do it:

Steps to Clear Firefox Cache

  1. Open the Menu: Click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the Firefox window to open the menu panel.

  2. Access History: Click on "History" in the menu panel.

  3. Choose Clear Recent History: Select "Clear Recent History…" from the History menu. This will open the "Clear Recent History" dialog box.

  4. Set Time Range: In the "Clear Recent History" dialog box, next to "Time range to clear," choose "Everything" from the drop-down menu. This ensures you clear the entire cache.

  5. Select Cache: Make sure only the "Cache" checkbox is selected in the items list. Deselect any other items (e.g., Browsing & Download History, Cookies, Active Logins) that you want to keep.

  6. Confirm and Clear: Click the "OK" button to clear the cache. Firefox will then clear the cached files.

Clearing your cache can improve browser performance, resolve website display issues, and enhance privacy.
