How to Wear a Wrist Wrap?

To correctly wear a wrist wrap, follow these steps:

  1. Secure the Thumb Loop: Begin by placing the thumb through the loop at the end of the wrap.
  2. Wrap Around the Wrist: Wrap the material around your wrist, ensuring it's snug but not excessively tight.
  3. Fasten: Usually, the end of the wrap will have velcro to secure the wrap.
  4. Remove Thumb Loop: Once secured, take the thumb out of the loop.
    As the reference video states "Just like that now your wrist isn't going anywhere. And then thumb loop off."
