How to wear a wrist strap?

To properly wear a wrist strap for lifting, follow these steps:

  1. Tail Placement: Put the tail of the strap through your thumb.
  2. Wrapping: Wrap the strap around your wrist on the thumb side.
  3. Secure Grip: Hold onto the strap along with the weight you are lifting.

This method is also known as the "strong man way".
