How to Do a Wall Plank?

To do a wall plank, follow these steps:

  1. Start by placing one foot, then the other, against a wall.
  2. Once both feet are firmly planted, you are in the plank position.
  3. Hold this position for a minute.
  4. To come out of the plank, lower one foot first, then the other.

That's your wall plank!
