Normal Matchmaking Rating (MMR) is determined solely by your win-loss record in normal games. It's a hidden value that the game uses to match you with opponents of similar skill in non-ranked queues.
In simpler terms, normal MMR reflects your skill level exclusively in normal game modes and is influenced by your wins and losses in those games. Your ranked MMR, division, or any other ranked information does not affect your normal MMR. This means someone with a high ranked division could still have a low normal MMR if they rarely play normals or have a poor win rate in them, and vice-versa.
So, there isn't a specific numerical range considered "normal" for MMR. It simply increases when you win and decreases when you lose normal games, thereby influencing the skill level of the players you're matched with. If you're winning consistently, your MMR will rise, and you'll face tougher opponents. If you're losing frequently, your MMR will drop, and you'll play against less skilled players.
