Getting Started with Track Run
To begin recording a track workout with enhanced accuracy, initiate the Track Run activity from the activity menu on your watch.
Here’s how to start:
- Press the Start button on your Garmin watch to access the activity list.
- Select Track Run from the available activity profiles. Your watch is now ready to record a track session.
Setting Your Lane Number
For the most accurate distance and pace data, it's crucial to tell your Garmin watch which lane you are running in.
Follow these steps to set your lane:
- While in the Track Run activity, press and hold the Menu button to open the activity-specific options.
- Select Track Run Settings.
- Select Lane Number.
- Select the lane you are running in from the list of options (typically lanes 1 through 8).
