The Mayo MTS score is a risk assessment tool used to predict the likelihood of a germline mutation in a Lynch syndrome mismatch repair (MMR) gene. The score ranges from 0 to 5. A score of 2 or more has a sensitivity of 100% and specificity of 81% for predicting a germline mutation in a Lynch syndrome MMR gene.
