You can change your Google backup (recovery) phone number through your Google Account settings. Here's how:

1. Go to your Google Account. You can typically access this by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of most Google services (like Gmail or YouTube) and selecting "Manage your Google Account".
2. On the left navigation panel, click Personal info.
3. Under "Contact info," click Phone Phone number. This section displays your current phone number.
4. To change your recovery phone number:
   • Next to your number, click Edit .
   • Follow the steps on the screen to update and verify your new number.
5. To Delete your recovery phone number:
   • Next to your number, click Delete .
   • Follow the steps on the screen to confirm the deletion. You might be prompted to add a new recovery method.
