How do I share my availability in Google Calendar?

To share your availability in Google Calendar, you'll need to use the appointment schedule feature. Here's how:

  1. Open Google Calendar: On your computer, go to Google Calendar.

  2. Locate the Appointment Schedule: On your calendar grid, click the appointment schedule you want to share.

  3. Share the Booking Page: Next to "Open booking page," click Share (the share icon).

  4. Choose a Sharing Option:

    • To share a link for all services/appointment schedules on your calendar, click All appointment schedules.
    • To share a link for specific appointment schedule, make sure you're on that schedule.
  5. Copy the Link: Click Copy link. This copies the link to your clipboard.

  6. Done: Click Done.

You can now paste the copied link wherever you want to share your availability, such as in an email, on a website, or in a social media post. Anyone with the link will be able to see your available time slots and book an appointment.
