How to Share Google Calendar on Pixel?

To share your Google Calendar on your Pixel phone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Calendar app: Launch the Google Calendar application on your Pixel phone.

  2. Access Calendar Settings: In the top left, tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines). This opens the side menu.

  3. Select the Calendar: In the side menu, find the calendar you want to share.

  4. Open Settings and Sharing: Tap the three dots (More) next to the calendar name and select "Settings and sharing."

  5. Share with Specific People: Scroll down to the "Share with specific people" section and tap "Add people."

  6. Add Email Addresses: Enter the email address(es) of the person or Google Group you want to share the calendar with.

  7. Set Permissions: Use the drop-down menu next to the email address(es) to choose the permission level:

    • See only free/busy (hide details): The person can only see when you are busy or free but not the event details.
    • See all event details: The person can see all event details.
    • Make changes to events: The person can make changes to events.
    • Make changes and manage sharing: The person can make changes to events and also share the calendar with other people.
  8. Send Invitation: Tap "Send" to send an invitation to the person or group you have added. They will receive an email with a link to add the calendar to their own Google Calendar.
