How do I delete Google Space?

To delete a Google Space, follow these simple steps within Google Chat or Gmail:

1. Open Google Chat or Gmail:
   • In Gmail: On the left side of your screen, click Chat.
2. Navigate to the Space: Open the specific space you wish to delete.
3. Access Space Settings: At the top of the space, click on the space name. This will usually open a menu or dropdown.
4. Initiate Deletion: Select the Delete option.
5. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Delete again to permanently delete the space.

Important Considerations:

• Deleting a space is a permanent action. All messages, files, and tasks within the space will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
• You must be a space manager to delete a space. If you are not a manager, you will not see the delete option.
