You can easily resize text in Google Slides by highlighting the text or placing your cursor inside the textbox. This will reveal the font size options in the toolbar.
Steps to Resize Text:

Select the Text:
- Highlight the specific text you want to resize.
- Alternatively, click inside the textbox to apply the size change to all text within it.

Locate the Font Size Option: Once you have selected the text or textbox, the font size option will appear in the toolbar.

Adjust the Font Size: Use the dropdown menu or the "+" and "-" buttons next to the font size number to increase or decrease the text size.
What if the Toolbar is Hidden?
- If you can't see the toolbar, use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + Shift + F to display it. (Reference: 11-Apr-2024)
Example:
Let's say you want to increase the size of the title "My Presentation".
- Select the words "My Presentation" by clicking and dragging your mouse over them.
- Look for the font size box in the toolbar (e.g., it might show "12").
- Click the up arrow ("+") next to the number to increase the font size, or select a new size from the dropdown.
