To make an image a circle shape in Google Slides, use the image masking feature.
Here's a step-by-step guide:
-
Insert the Image:
- Go to the "Insert" menu.
- Select "Image."
- Choose the source of your image (Upload from computer, Search the web, Google Drive, Google Photos, By URL, or Camera).
- Select your image and click "Insert."
-
Select the Image:
- Click on the image you just inserted to select it.
-
Use the Mask Image Feature:
- Look for the "Mask image" icon in the toolbar. It's usually located next to the "Crop image" icon (and resembles a filled shape with a downward-pointing arrow).
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the "Mask image" icon.
-
Choose the Circle Shape:
- A menu will appear with various shapes. Go to the "Shapes" section.
- Select the circle shape (usually labeled "Oval" or "Circle").
Your image will now be masked into a circular shape. You may need to adjust the position or size of the image within the circle using the crop handles to get the desired framing.
