One effective pressure point for relieving head pressure, particularly tension headaches, is located on the skin between your thumb and index finger.

How to Use This Pressure Point:

  • Locate the Area: Find the fleshy area of skin between your thumb and index finger on either hand.
  • Apply Pressure: Use the thumb and index finger of your opposite hand to massage this area.
  • Massage Technique: Massage firmly in a circular motion for 20 to 30 seconds. You can also simply pinch and hold the area for about 10 seconds.
  • Repeat: Repeat this process several times as needed.

This pressure point, when stimulated, is believed to help release tension and promote relaxation, thereby alleviating head pressure.
