According to current understanding, no organ remains the same size from birth to adulthood.
Why Organs Grow
Generally, organs and tissues grow from birth until adulthood. This growth is essential for the body to function correctly as it develops.
Exceptions
While most organs grow, there might be a few possible exceptions, such as the middle ear ossicles. However, this is not definitively confirmed. Johnson stated that, "As far as I know, all organs and tissues grow from birth up until adulthood—with the possible exception of a couple middle ear ossicles" (11-May-2023).
