You can download all photos from iCloud through the iCloud website. Here's how:
- Go to iCloud.com/photos in a web browser.
- Sign in with your Apple ID (iCloud account).
- Click "Select" in the top right corner.
- To select all photos, click "Select All". Alternatively, you can individually select the photos and videos you wish to download.

- Original Formats: When you download, iCloud attempts to provide you with the most original format available. This might include HEIC photos or different video formats.
- Alternative: If you are using iCloud Photos on a Mac, you can simply open the Photos app, select all the photos, and export them to a folder on your computer. This is often a faster method than downloading from the iCloud website.
