To recover deleted photos from iCloud, access the "Recently Deleted" album either on iCloud.com or within the Photos app on your Apple devices.
Here's a step-by-step guide:
Accessing and Recovering Photos via iCloud.com
- Go to iCloud.com: Open a web browser and navigate to iCloud.com.
- Sign In: Log in using your Apple ID and password. Make sure it's the same Apple ID you use for iCloud Photos.
- Open iCloud Drive (or Photos if available): Look for the iCloud Drive icon and click on it. Some accounts may directly show the Photos app on the main iCloud.com page. If you see the Photos app directly, open it. If you are in iCloud Drive, the recently deleted album will be located in the sidebar.
- Find the "Recently Deleted" Album: In the sidebar of iCloud Drive, click "Recently Deleted." If you don't see the sidebar, look for a sidebar icon to expand it. If you are in the Photos app directly, you will also see "Recently Deleted" in the sidebar.
- Recover Photos:
- To recover all: Click the "Recover All" button (if available).
- To recover specific photos: Select the photos you want to restore by clicking on them individually. Then, click the "Recover" button.
Important Considerations:
- Availability: Photos remain in the "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days. After this period, they are permanently deleted.
- Synchronization: Any photos you recover will automatically sync back to all your devices that are connected to iCloud Photos.
