Published in Illustrator Basics 1 min read

To duplicate a project in Adobe Illustrator, you can copy all the artboards in your current project to a new file. Here's how:

  1. Select all Artboards: Press and hold the Shift key and drag your cursor across all of your artboards to select them. Ensure that all the artboards you want to duplicate are highlighted.
  2. Copy the selected artboards: Use the standard copy command (Ctrl+C on Windows, Cmd+C on Mac).
  3. Create a New Document: Go to File > New to create a new Illustrator document.
  4. Paste the Artboards: Use the standard paste command (Ctrl+V on Windows, Cmd+V on Mac) to paste the copied artboards into the new document.

Now you have a duplicate of your project in a new Illustrator file.
