To remove the background from a PNG image in the latest version of Microsoft Paint, simply click the "Remove Background" button.
This feature automatically detects and eliminates the background of your image. Look for this button in the toolbar; with a single click, Paint will attempt to isolate the foreground subject, removing the surrounding background. After clicking it, your PNG should have a transparent background, allowing it to be seamlessly placed on other images or backgrounds.
