Which joint is used the most?

Published in Joint Use 1 min read

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ), which connects the jawbone to the skull, is often considered the most used joint in the body. This joint is constantly in motion throughout the day, enabling us to speak, chew, and even yawn.

While the glenohumeral joint (shoulder joint) is known for its high mobility, it's not necessarily the most used joint due to its less frequent active use compared to the TMJ.
