How to Juice With a Nut Milk Bag?

To juice with a nut milk bag, you essentially use it as a strainer to separate the juice from the pulp of fruits or vegetables. Here's how:

  1. Prepare your produce: Wash and chop your fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces suitable for blending.

  2. Blend the produce: Blend the chopped fruits and vegetables with a little water if necessary, until you have a smooth slurry. You don't need to achieve perfect juice consistency at this stage.

  3. Place the nut milk bag: Position the nut milk bag over a bowl or large measuring cup to catch the juice. A measuring cup with a spout is helpful for easy pouring later.

  4. Pour the blended mixture into the bag: Carefully pour the blended fruit and vegetable mixture into the nut milk bag.

  5. Separate the juice: Gently twist the top of the bag closed, leaving some space. Squeeze and massage the bag to extract the juice. Continue squeezing until only the pulp remains in the bag, and you've extracted as much juice as possible.
