Upon winning, Alan and Sarah are immediately transported back in time. They return to 1969 in time for Alan to reconcile with Sam, his father. In this corrected timeline, things unfold differently for Alan and those around him:
- Alan and Sarah are back in their younger bodies just after they started the game originally.
- Sam Baker tells Alan that he does not have to attend boarding school, preventing the rift that sent Alan away in the original timeline.
- Alan also admits his responsibility for damaging the shoe at the factory, taking ownership of the incident that had consequences for Carl Bentley.
- As a result of Alan's honesty and the prevention of the original timeline's events, Carl is rehired by the factory.
By finishing the game, Alan and Sarah are given a second chance to live their lives without the 26-year interruption caused by Jumanji, and they make choices that positively impact their future and those around them.
