You can invert the colors of your artwork in Krita by using the "Invert" filter. This filter reverses the color values, turning white into black, yellow into blue, and so on.
Here's how:
-
Select the Layer: Make sure you have the layer you want to invert selected in the Layers docker.
-
Invert using the shortcut: Press Ctrl + I (or Cmd + I on macOS). This is the default keyboard shortcut for the Invert filter.
Alternatively, you can access the Invert filter through the menu:
- Go to the Filters Menu: Click on "Filter" in the top menu bar.
- Navigate to Adjust: Select "Adjust".
- Choose Invert: Select "Invert" from the list of adjustment filters.
After performing either of these steps, the colors on the selected layer will be inverted. You can then make further adjustments as needed.
